Returns & Exchanges Window
You have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Item Condition
We ask that items be returned in their original condition and packaging when possible. That said, we understand life happens — so if your item is slightly used or not in its original packaging, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized products are generally non-returnable, but if there’s an issue, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our best to work with you.
Return Shipping

If your item has a manufacturing defect or was a mistake on our end, we’ll cover return shipping.

For regular returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll refund the original payment method.

For standard returns, we’ll issue store credit once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right — no questions asked. We do prefer photo proof to help us improve quality and speed up the replacement process.
