Returns & Exchanges Window
You have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Item Condition
We ask that items be returned in their original condition and packaging when possible. That said, we understand life happens — so if your item is slightly used or not in its original packaging, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized products are generally non-returnable, but if there’s an issue, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our best to work with you.

Return Shipping

  • If your item has a manufacturing defect or was a mistake on our end, we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For regular returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll refund the original payment method.

  • For standard returns, we’ll issue store credit once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right — no questions asked. We do prefer photo proof to help us improve quality and speed up the replacement process.
